Description

Short title: Dean of Gloucester v Arden.

Plaintiff(s): The Dean and Chapter of the Cathedral church of the Holy Trinity, in Gloucester.

Defendant(s): Richard Arden, John Morse.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Tuffley (Gloucestershire), lately belonging to the abbey and convent of St Peter's Church, in Gloucester. Lease of the tithes belonging tothe manor made by the abbey, 28 Henry VIII, to Thomas Hale, Margaret his wife, and Thomas their son. Tithes.

County/place: Gloucestershire.

Date of commission: 28 May 1593.
