Description

Short title: Kytchyn v Dannett.

Plaintiff(s): Roger Kytchyn, William Wrawbye, John Peacock.

Defendant(s): William Dannett, Robert Dannett, Richard Dannett, William Burgh.

Subject of depositions: Waste grounds in the fields of Uselby (Lincolnshire), and the manors of Uselbye and Owresby, and the town of Owresby (Lincolnshire). Metes and bounds. Right of common. Right of way between Caister and Uselbie (Lincolnshire).

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 8 May 1593.
