[The names and possessions of Mrs Dorothy Brodbent (afterwards Mrs Abbington, one of the gentlewomen of Her Majesty's Privy Chamber), Thomas Lindley, of Lindley (Yorkshire), Isabel Lindley his daughter, Thomas Hord, yeoman, Thomas Snaden, of Farnley. Richard Goldsboro', Sir Thomas Fairfax, kt, Sir Thomas Johnson, Dame Isabel his wife, Bryan Palmes (grandfather of defendant), William Fentiman, late bailiff of Leathley, John Pavey, Laurence Lindley, and Arthur Johnson, are mentioned].
