Description

Short title: Higgs v Paddon.

Plaintiff(s): Elizabeth Higgs, widow.

Defendant(s): Robert Paddon and others.

Subject of depositions: Parsonage of Cheltenham, and the chapel of Charlton (Gloucestershire), lately belonging to the monastery of St Mary, of Cirencester (Gloucestershire). Tithes. [The possessions of Sir Henry Jerningham, Thomas Packer, and Maud his wife, and Thomas Higgs (plaintiff's father), are mentioned].
