Description

Short title: Jackson v Blewett.

Plaintiff(s): George Jackson Her Majesty farmer of the waste in Harlaxton.

Defendant(s): John Blewett.

Subject of depositions: Waste grounds in Harlaxton (Lincolnshire), namely "William Brigge Beck" alias "Townsmedow ", "Stackhorne Green ", "Fower Meeres under Strockton Hill ", "Towe lease under Tefferns" etc; also meadow land, pasture, and cottages named. Alleged encroachment on commons and highway by defendant.

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1593.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 9 April 1593 at Grantham.
