Short title: Starky v Savage.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Starky.

Defendant(s): Sir John Savage, kt.

Subject of depositions: Town or lordship of Frodsham, and inclosures called "Mickleth-meadow ", "Rapedoule" and "Brookforlonge." Common of pasture. [A former suit between John and Thomas Smith, plaintiffs, against the said Sir John Savage, is mentioned].

County/place: Cheshire.
