Description

Short title: Tate v Barker.

Plaintiff(s): Bartholomew Tate, Richard Hill, John Nicholes.

Defendant(s): Richard Barker, John Miles, Henry Shewel, and the Mayor and Commonalty of the city of Coventry.

Subject of depositions: Church of St Michael, in Coventry, within the city of Coventry, and the churches or chapels of Eccleshallalias Exhall, Folkeshul, Wiken, Stoke, and Stichall, near Coventry, and places called "Asthull" and "Hornewell" supposed to be decayed hamlets in Stichall parish. Metes and bounds. Tithes.

County/place: Warwickshire.

Date of commission: 12 June 1592.
