Description

Short title: Collins v Abraham.

Plaintiff(s): John Collins, son of Johan and William Collins, and brother of Thomas Collins.

Defendant(s): Robert Abraham.

Subject of depositions: Lease and bargain and sale of meads called "Perymeade" and "Mannings Meade" in Newton Abbot (Devon), held of the Crown at a reserved rent of twenty-six shillings.

County/place: Devon.

Date of commission: 14 June 1592.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 28 October 1592 at Bickington.
