Description

Short title: Lord Cobham v Barnard.

Plaintiff(s): William Lord Cobham and Lady Frances his wife.

Defendant(s): Sybbell Barnard, widow.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to the Site and demesnes of the manor of Upton St Leonard's, in the city of Gloucester, parcel of the late monastery of St Peter, in Gloucester. Tithes. [The names and possessions of Sir Anthony Kingston, Jerome Barnard, deceased, Elizabeth Barnard, widow, deceased (mother of Jerome); a grant by the abbot of St Peter of the premises (30 Henry VIII) to Anthony Kingston, esq, Prinknash Park, John Barnard, of London, and John Palmer, are mentioned].
