Defendant(s): James Brignell, of Ravenswath, son of Robert Brignell.
Subject of depositions: Right and title to a messuage and an oxgang of land thereunto be-belonging, and ground called The Flatts, lying in the lordship of Ravensworth; whether granted by the Crown to Robert Ponsonby, Gawen Collen, James Ponsonby, Edmund Collen, and Giles Garnett, and granted by them to Agnes Brignell (defendant's mother), and to defendant, or to plaintiff. Touching former suits.
