Plaintiff(s): Thomas Mildmay.

Defendant(s): Richard Fisher, Thomas Aldred, William Blomefeild, John Folser, Robert Cowper, Richard Burton, and others, the inhabitants of Burton (Lincolnshire).

Subject of depositions: Right and title to lands in Framlingham at Castle (Suffolk); whether the lands were given for "superstitious uses." [John Lowdall and Robert Lowdall his son, feoffees of the lands, are mentioned.] Concealed lands?.
