Short title: Price v Price.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Price.

Defendant(s): John Price.

Subject of depositions: Mills and lands called "Frith Garth" and "Frith Beander" in the lordship of Kedewen, near the town of Newtown. Touching the right of the inhabitants to grind their corn, at other mills than the aforesaid. [Thomas Price (defendant's grandfather) and Matthew Price (defendant's father), are mentioned].
