Plaintiff(s): John Pragell, the elder, John Pragell, the younger.

Defendant(s): William Fitzwilliam.

[The names and possessions of John Shipman, of Westham, William Pragell, Amy Pragell, William Shipman, Nicholas Shipman, Jasper Chomlie, steward of Westham Manor, lands in the manors of Westham, Burnells, East Westham Place, and Bretts, lately belonging to John Shipman, Sir Thomas Lodge, kt, Thomas Bancks, Nicholas Shipman, of New Barnes, and Nicholas Shipman, of Hook End, are mentioned].
