Description

Short title: Berks v Hoddes.

Plaintiff(s): Francis Berks, Robert Spatchet, bailiff of the town and corporation of Dunwich, and the burgesses of the same town.

Defendant(s): John Hoddes, Thomas Grene, John Corks, Robert Slathe, Thomas Meene, William Cley, John Firthe, Robert Simpson, Thomas Jentleman, William Jentleman, John Gravett, William Jones, John Langham, Robert Large, Richard Jentleman, Peter Korse, James Bowles, John Gallawaye, Symonde Harte, Thomas Harvye, Matthew Sparke, William Raydon, John Ramseye, William Gold, John Walker, John Bartlett, Arthur Hopton, inhabitants of the towns of Southwold and Walberswick (Suffolk).

Subject of depositions: Townships of Dunwich, Southwold, and Walberswick. Metes and bounds. Port dues.
