Description

Short title: Knowles v Parker.

Plaintiff(s): Margaret Knowles, widow.

Defendant(s): Edmund Parker, George Toone.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to a common called Galley Common, and the manor of Stokingford; whether parcel of the late monastery of Arbury, or of the late nunnery of Eaton. Metes and bounds. [The partition ofthe common between Sir Anthony Cooke and Mr Walton; Sir Marmaduke Constable, late lord of Nuneaton Manor, Sir Ambrose Cave, kt, lord of Nuneaton, the possessions of Hugh Lilborne, Thomas Pywell, and Richard Hill, are mentioned].

County/place: Warwickshire.
