Description

Short title: Queen v Beynbrigge.

Plaintiff(s): The Queen and John Bullock.

Defendant(s): Robert Beynbrigge.

Subject of depositions: Messuage and garden in Freregate, in Derby, now in the occupation of John Tydye, and formerly in the occupation of Robert Thacker (vicar of Marburgh), and Oliver Thacker; whether 12s per annum was paid to Her Majesty for the messuage as parcel of the late dissolved nunnery of Kingsmead, in Derby. [The name and possessions of William Beynbrigge of Derby, gent (defendant's father), and Joan Curson, sometime prioress of the said nunnery of Kingsmead, Derby, are mentioned].
