Description

Short title: Sugdon v ap Watkins.

Plaintiff(s): John Sugdon, Her Majesty's farmer.

Defendant(s): John ap Watkins, son of Watkin ap Jenkin (deceased), and grandson of Jenkin ap Thomas (deceased).

Subject of depositions: Defendant's right and title to lands in Ditchcold, in the lordship of Presteign (Radnorshire), late parcel of the priory of Wormesley (Herefordshire). Metes and bounds of such lands.

County/place: Radnorshire; Herefordshire.

Date of commission: 23 June 1591.
