Subject of depositions: Seizure by defendant of plaintiff's goods and chattels for non-payment of moneys received by plaintiff in his said capacity of collector, and alleged sale of the goods (under a writ of "venditioni exponas" directed to George Winter, sheriff of Worcester), by defendant under the value returned into the Exchequer, and of a lease belonging to plaintiff and William Leoper, of lands in Great Hampton, near Evesham (Worcestershire), including tithes in Great and Little Hampton.
