Description

Short title: Elyot v Buller.

Plaintiff(s): John Elyot.

Defendant(s): John Buller, and John Buller his son.

Subject of depositions: "Hamme" Mills, on the River Tone, in the manor of North Curry, parcel of the late monastery of Montague (Somerset), and the manor of Criche (Somerset), formerly leased by the Dean and Chapter of Wells (Somerset). Right of fishing. Common of pasture.

County/place: Somerset.
