Description

Short title: Sheffington v Andrews.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Sheffington.

Defendant(s): Edward Andrews, Bridget Palmer, Edward Palmer alias Andrews.

Subject of depositions: Sheep belonging to defendants, taken in execution upon a writ of fleri facias by William Trussell, under-sheriff to plaintiff (sheriff of Leicester), which sheep came to the possession of Sir Andrew Noell.

County/place: Leicestershire.

Date of commission: 23 June 1591.
