Description

Short title: Delavale v Dawson.

Plaintiff(s): Peter Delavale.

Defendant(s): Richard Dawson and others.

Subject of depositions: Close called Halgarth alias Halyard; whether in Tinmouth (Northumberland) or in Preston. Metes and bounds. Whether granted by Henry, late Earl of Northumberland, to Ralph Lawrence and Edward Scott. Touching the digging of coles in the Close. [The castle and monastery of Tynmouth are mentioned].
