Short title: Moore v Clarke.

Plaintiff(s): John Moore.

Defendant(s): William Clarke.

Subject of depositions: Messuage called "Callcotts "; whether granted by the late abbot of Cristal (Kirkstall ?), to Lawrence Baynes, or held by him of the Lord Darcey; whether such premises belong to the lordship of Temple Newsam.
