Subject of depositions: Lease of the rectory of Kingston-on-Hull, alleged to have been made by William Prattie, of Barton-upon-Humber, to plaintiff Atkinson, and the payment by Atkinson to William Richardson, alderman, of money, being a debt of said Prattie, and plaintiff Atkinson being bail for Prattie for £100 owing to Charles Badger, of Staple Inn (London), and payment of money by said plaintiff to John Gardiner and Matthew Brownell, of Hull, merchants, and to John Atkinson, of Westminster.
