Plaintiff(s): Christopher Jackson.
Defendant(s): John Denton.
Subject of depositions: Manor of Bourghbiesland and Acketon (Cumberland), and Parton Moor and Micklethwait common, parcel of the barony of Bourghe, in the parish of Thuresbie, lately belonging to Leonard Dacre, attainted of high treason. Metes and bounds. Alleged trespasses.
County/place: Cumberland.
Date of commission: 17 June 1591.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 11 August 1591 at Carlisle, certificate.
