Description

Short title: Nowell v Grevett.

Plaintiff(s): Constance Nowell, widow.

Defendant(s): Richard Grevett, and Agnes his wife.

Subject of depositions: Richard Lewknor, high steward to Henry, late Earl of Arundel, of all his lordship's lands in Sussex. Touching a grant of lands in Offham Manor by Henry Mervyn, receiver-general of the Earl to Edward Burtch, and Johan his wife, and Agnes Pratt, daughter to Johan.

County/place: Sussex.

Date of commission: 12 February 1591.
