Plaintiff(s): John Moore, one of Her Majesty's serjeants-at-arms, attending on the Lord President in the north parts.
Defendant(s): William Clerke.
Subject of depositions: Land called Calcotts, in the parish of Leeds (Yorkshire), parcel of the possessions of the late Countess of Lennox, parcel of the late abbey ofKirkstall (Yorkshire). Grant of said lands under Augmentation Seal to Laurens Baynes, dated 22 February, 6 Edw VI, and grant, dated 16 August, 1 Eliz I, from the Crown to Richard Tailor and William Somerlande. [The names and possessions of Alice Baynes are mentioned].
County/place: Yorkshire.
