Description

Short title: Eversfield v Edsole.

Plaintiff(s): John Eversfield, Richard Shaw.

Defendant(s): Robert Edsole, Henry Heaver.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Tarying, Marlepost, and Colstable, and other manors in Sussex, belonging to the Archbishop of Canterbury. Customs of manors as regards felling, of woods, by copyholders.

County/place: Sussex.

Date of commission: 9 February 1591.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 7 April 1591 at Steninge.
