Description

Short title: White v Hiegate.

Plaintiff(s): John White, Peter Marchant alias Tyler, Eliz, his wife, Alice Wythe.

Defendant(s): Reginald Hiegate.

Subject of depositions: Marsh in Sudborne (Suffolk), called "Oxmarsh" parcel of the manor of Sudborne, late in the tenure of John Wythe, uncle to Elizabeth and Alice (plaintiffs). Customs of manor.

County/place: Suffolk.

Date of commission: 4 November 1590.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 11 January 1591 at Orford.
