Description

Short title: Gannill v Church.

Plaintiff(s): Edmund Gannill, alderman.

Defendant(s): Richard Church.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to "one which house of 6 leads, Walling" in the Mydlewiche, in the tenure of Ellen Yate, widow. Whether parcel of the late nunnery in Chester. Metes and bounds. [The names and possessions of the abbey of Delacruse, the abbey of Shrewsbury, a conventual lease made by said nunnery 5 Hen VII to William Carr; Edward Planckney, William Goodman, the Bishop of Chester, John Edward Lloyd, Ellen Planckney, wife of said Edward, John Minshull, Richard Deane, the manor of Handbridge, and Richard Minshall, are mentioned.] [See also Number 32 of this Term].
