Description

Short title: Fairclough v Flete.

Plaintiff(s): Hugh Fairclough.

Defendant(s): Edward Flete, Andreas de Loe, Vincent de la Barr.

Subject of depositions: Debts of defendant Flete, and his possessions, i.e. certain woods in Petworth (Sussex), called "Ratfalling Wood" and "Middlecarfe Wood" made over to him by conveyance from the Earl of Northumberland. Extent of the woods by plaintiff.

County/place: Sussex.

Date of commission: 10 November 1590.
