Description

Short title: Inhabitants of Hedsor v Inhabitants of Lottle Marlow.

Plaintiff(s): The inhabitants of Hedsor.

Defendant(s): The inhabitants of Little Marlow.

Subject of depositions: Equitable apportionment of the taxation of 15ths and 10ths levied on the towns of Little Marlow and Hedsor. The Commissioners cannot agree upon any equal taxation to be levied on the towns.

County/place: Buckinghamshire.

Date of commission: 8 July 1590.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 18 and 19 September 1590, 3 October 1590 and 18 November 1590 at Beaconsfield, certificate.
