Description

Short title: Collinge v Abraham.

Plaintiff(s): John Collinge.

Defendant(s): Robert Abraham.

Subject of depositions: Lease from the Crown of meads called Perrymead and Manning Mead, in Newton Abbots (Devon). Arrears of rent of 26s per annum, payable under the lease. [The names and possessions of Johan and William Collinge, mother and father of plaintiff, Thomas Collinge, brother of plaintiff, and John Stowkey, are mentioned].
