Description

Short title: ap John v Evans.

Plaintiff(s): Lewis ap John Thomas.

Defendant(s): Richard Evans.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to lands in Suchartt, in the manor of Kynlleth Owen (Denbighshire), called "Drodessa" etc. Whether the premises belonged to Robert late Earl of Leicester, and conveyed by him to plaintiff. Survey of said manor. [The names and possessions also of Llewellyn ap Jevan ap Howell, Thomas Llewellyn his son, Morris Evans (defendant's father), Richard ap Edward, John Thomas (plaintiff's father), Robert Beach, Moris ap Lewis Lloyd, Powell David Wynn, Sir George Corwall, lord of the manor of Kynleth Owen, Robert ap Mores, Mr Newton, and Thomas ap John, are mentioned].

County/place: Denbighshire.
