Description

Short title: Rich v Hext.

Plaintiff(s): William Rich.

Defendant(s): Edward Hext.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to tithes in the parishes of St Enodore, St Columb, and Crantock (Cornwall), and in the parish of Northam (Devon). Whether assigned by William Sawle, late of Medros, in the parish of Luxilyon (Cornwall),deceased, and Mary Sawle, late of Bodmyn (Cornwall), widow of said William, deceased, to plaintiff and Katherine his wife (deceased), formerly Katherine Hilling, and daughter of Mary Sawle, in consideration of the marriage of plaintiff with Katherine.

County/place: Cornwall; Devon.

Date of commission: 12 February 1590.
