Description

Short title: Johnson v Kynnaston.

Plaintiff(s): John Johnson.

Defendant(s): Thomas Kynnaston, Richard Kynnaston, Arthur Kynnaston.

Subject of depositions: Title to lands in Ryton (Shropshire), formerly in the occupation of William Davyes, Richard Fletcher, Roger Bedoe, Roger Wyckee, Thomas Smythe, Raphe Hodgkys, Richard Griffith, and Thomas Wyckee, and since in the tenures of defendants, Thomas or Alice Davyes, Thomas Straunge, Edward Unwyn, and others [already named]. Whether the premises were sometime parcell of Our Lady's or any other chantry in Ryton. Touching non-payment of rent due under a lease from the Crown to Owen Jones, dated 10 Eliz I. Concealed lands.
