Short title: Taylboys v Darcie.

Plaintiff(s): Ralph Taylboys.

Defendant(s): Sir Henry Darcie and Sir Robert Owltred alias Owghtred, executors of the last will and testament of Sir Ralph Bulmer, kt.

Subject of depositions: Last will and testament, and the value of the goods and chattels of Sir Ralph Bulmer, kt, and the sale of a parcel of them to Sir Richard Cholmley, kt [John Parker, citizen and grocer of London, one of said executors, deceased, is mentioned].
