Description

Short title: Cupper v Deyes.

Plaintiff(s): Vincent Cupper.

Defendant(s): Jane Deyes, Walter Deyes.

Subject of depositions: Manor and rectory of Powick (Worcestershire). Tithes. [The names and possessions of Richard Cowper, Thomas Nicholas, a grant by the late prior of Malvern (temp. Henry VIII) of the site of the manor to William Staple and Joan his wife, and to Gilbert, Thomas and William, sons of said William; a survey of the manor by Edmund Twinio, 13 Eliz I, Thomas Rocke, a lease of the parsonages of Powick and Woodfield made by the priory to Thomas Rock, Mr Pynnock, Richard Smythe, and Michael Lygon, are mentioned].
