Description

Short title: Clement v Prance.

Plaintiff(s): Geoffrey Clement, John Atkinson, Martin Ross, John Christian.

Defendant(s): John Prance.

Subject of depositions: Custom of common of pasture in the parish and town of Dodington, and in the towns of March, Wisbich, Newtown, and Well Downham (Cambridgeshire). Touching defendant's right to commonof pasture in the feedings, marshes, and fens there, he having a cottage in Wymblington in the parish, but being a stranger in the parish. [The names and possessions of Simon Roffe, Henry Goodryke, Sir John Hynde, of Madingley, and his messuage called Estwood in said parish, Sir Francis Hynde, of Madingley, John Thompson, of Wymblington alias Willingham, Roger Wells, Mr Tryce, of Chatteris, Mr Nudygate, of Streteham, in the Isle of Ely, Mr Chicheley, of Wymple (Cambridgeshire), and Mr Grene, are mentioned].
