Description

Short title: Adrian v Thornhill.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Adrian, John Knight, John Trowts, Thomas Newyck, John Michell, in the Isle of Hartye, fishermen, of Faversham.

Defendant(s): Richard Thornhill.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Feversham. Touching the "Ose Downe" the "Long House ", "the Nebbe" and right of fishing. Metes and bounds.[The names and possessions of Sir Thomas Cheyney, lands in the occupation of Mr Broxall, Sir Henry Cheyney, knight, afterwards Lord Cheyney, are mentioned].

County/place: Kent.
