Description

Short title: Sugden v Baskerville.

Plaintiff(s): John Sugden.

Defendant(s): John Baskerville.

Subject of depositions: Manor or lordship of Aberedow (Radnorshire); alleged neglect of grist mill belonging to the manor, and erection of a new mill. Custom of manor of suit and grist to the mills.
