Description

Short title: Hicks v Blighe.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Hicks, farmer of the royal manor of Launceston land.

Defendant(s): John Blighe, of St Thomas parish, by Launceston, Thomas Gewyn, of Werrington (Devon).

Subject of depositions: Alleged neglect by defendants of mills, in their tenure, parcel of the manor of Launceston, contrary to the custom of the manor.
