Plaintiff(s): Edward Harbottle.

Defendant(s): Simon Burton, who married the daughter of Robert Harbottle, of Egleton.

Subject of depositions: Lease of a tenement and land in Egleton (Rutland), granted by Robert Harbottle to Simon Burton (defendant). [Edward Harbottle, son and executor of said Robert, ismentioned].
