Plaintiff(s): Robert Hone, father of William Hone.

Defendant(s): William Elbridge and Sarah his wife, Edward Bromwich.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to the payment of a heriot on the demise of William Hone for premises in Chawlford, in the parish of Bisley (Gloucestershire), parcel of Bisley Manor. [The names and possessions of Thomas Aldworth, of Bristol, merchant, and Margaret Collye, widow, are mentioned].
