Short title: Prouse v Sydenham.

Plaintiff(s): Conand Prouse.

Defendant(s): John Sydenham, of Leigh.

Subject of depositions: Grange or farm of Leyghe, in the parish of Cleve (Somerset), the manor and parsonage of Cleve, late of the abbey of Cleve. Tithes. [The names and possessions of John Churchey, Thomas Steven, Daniel Glass, Thomas Foster, and the tything of Leylond, are mentioned].
