Description

Short title: Symonds v Thurston.

Plaintiff(s): William Symonds, John Lewis, the younger.

Defendant(s): John Thurston.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Falkenham, Dodnash, and Walton-cum-Tremley. Touching copyhold lands lately belonging to Robert Watson and Margaret his wife. Payment of rent, and fine on admission of defendant, etc. Customs of manor.

County/place: Suffolk.

Date of commission: 7 February 1589.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 5 March 1589 at Woodbridge.
