Short title: Rudd v Leaver.

Plaintiff(s): Anthony Rudd, Dean, and the Chapter of the Cathedral Church of Gloucester.

Defendant(s): John Leaver.

Subject of depositions: Extent of the jurisdiction of the "mase" of the city of Gloucester. Metes and bounds of the manors of Barnwood, Wootton, Mattisdon, Tuffley, Ablode, and Santhurst,Kingshome, Bartonstreet, and Newland, Dudston, and the monastery of St Peter, in Gloucester. Touching the payment of 10ths and 15ths in Gloucester and the suburbs. Perambulation of the city. Tithes in Walsham, Tudworth, Chamwell, Pedmershfield, Southfield, and Monkleighton.
