Plaintiff(s): William Stokes, James Pinder.
Defendant(s): John Estofte, Dionisia Skerne, Christopher Green.
Subject of depositions: Right and title to a messuage and lands called Leame, in the parish of Crowle (Lincolnshire); lately belonging to Thomas Estofte, deceased, and Dionysia his wife (now Dionysia Skerne, one of the defendants). Value of said premises. Touching also the goods and chattels and last will and testament of Thomas Estofte. A grant by Letters Patent, dated 20 February, 5 Edw VI to German Pynder of the premises, and of the reversion of same to Nicholas Crosyer, of Rednes (Yorkshire), Thomas Estoft, of Estoft, William Wilkinson, citizen and draper of London, Sir Christopher Wray, kt, Lord Chief Justice of England, Alexander Amcotts, Robert Williamson, of Walkeringham (Nottinghamshire), Stephen Pender, brother of plaintiff James, and Susan, wife of William Stokes, are mentioned].
