Subject of depositions: Tenement and lands called Lepthorn alias Lepthor, in the parishes of Lancelles and Kilkehampton; whether a rent of 18s 4d is due to the feodary of the Duchy of Cornwall for the lands; whether the lands were granted by Henry VIII to Bartholomew Flamask, William Dawe, and John Ryse, and a rent paid thereon. Defendant alleges that the lands belong to the manor of Kilkehampton, for the yearly rent of 3s and to the manor of Michell Moreton, for the yearly rent of 7s 6d. [The names and possessions of Roger Mayow, of Lifton, uncle to defendant, John Mayow, father of defendant, Sir Richard Greville, lord of the manor of Kilkehampton, and Sir Hugh Trevanyon, feodary of said duchy about the year 5 Eliz I are mentioned].
