Description

Short title: Calvert v Butler.

Plaintiff(s): John Calvert.

Defendant(s): John Butler.

Subject of depositions: Grounds called Bowlandswray, near Kirkland Common; whether parcel of the manor of Cokerham in possession of plaintiff. Touching alleged agreement between defendant and Thomas Calvert, father of plaintiff, about the premises. [The abbey of Leicester is mentioned].

County/place: Lancashire.
