Description

Short title: Cuffe v Littlejohn.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Cuffe.

Defendant(s): John Littlejohn.

Subject of depositions: Payment of 10ths and 15ths. Whether there is a tithing called West Currie (for which defendant is made chargeable for the payment) whereas he claims to be chargeable for the tything of Wrentage, containing within it the villages or hamlets of Wrentage, Westmeare (where defendant resides), Newport, and Lystoke.

County/place: Somerset.
